Our machines are equipped with a mechanical pre-stretch system. Thanks to the adjustable 100% mechanical pre-stretch, the system provides significant film savings and reduced wrapping costs.

Via the operator control panel:

• Single wrap (upward only),
• Double wrap (upward + downward),
• Top cover wrapping (rain-proof wrapping)
  settings can be selected. In addition, recipes can be created and stored in memory for different products.

Within each recipe;

• The number of wraps at the bottom / middle / top zones can be defined independently.

After the wrapping cycle is completed, the machine automatically returns to its home (start) position.

Additionally:

Manual turntable rotation and manual elevator up/down positioning features provide additional convenience for the operator.

In terms of safety:

The machine is equipped with a total of 2 emergency stop buttons:

• Manual emergency stop on the operator panel,
• Automatic emergency stop under the elevator carriage.

To achieve maximum efficiency when selecting a pallet stretch wrapping machine, it is important to determine the appropriate turntable diameter based on your pallet dimensions. Recommended turntable diameters are listed below:

• For 800 mm x 1200 mm or 1000 mm x 1200 mm pallets → ⌀1500 mm turntable
• For 1000 mm x 1200 mm or 1100 mm x 1300 mm pallets → ⌀1650 mm turntable
• For 1200 mm x 1200 mm or larger pallets → ⌀1950 mm turntable

Turntable diameter = √(Pallet width² + Pallet length²). This formula indicates which turntable diameter is suitable for your application.

This calculation ensures safe and efficient pallet wrapping. For special pallet sizes or alternative solutions, we will be pleased to assist you in selecting the most suitable model.
