Our machines are equipped with a motorized pre-stretch system. Thanks to the 200% pre-stretch ratio, a 23-micron / 1500 m machine stretch film can be extended and used up to approximately 4000 meters. This provides significant film savings and lower wrapping costs.

Via the operator control panel:

• Single wrap (upward only),
• Double wrap (upward + downward),
• Top cover wrapping (rain-proof wrapping)
  settings can be selected. In addition, recipes can be created and stored in memory for different products.

Within each recipe;

• Number of wraps and pre-stretch ratios for bottom / middle / top zones,
• Independent pre-stretch settings for upward and downward wrapping
  can be defined separately.

After the wrapping cycle is completed, the machine automatically returns to its home (start) position.

Additionally:

Manual turntable rotation and manual elevator up/down positioning features provide additional convenience for the operator.

In terms of safety:

The machine is equipped with a total of 3 emergency stop buttons:

• Manual emergency stop on the operator panel,
• Automatic emergency stop under the elevator carriage,
• Automatic emergency stop on the stretch film loading door.
