WHAT DO WE PAY ATTENTION TO DURING THE INTERVIEW?
Research the Company and the Position
Having detailed knowledge about the company’s field of activity, achievements, products, services, as well as the position you are applying for and its requirements—and asking relevant questions—creates a positive impression of how much you want the role.
Practice and Prepare Questions
Practicing based on your resume will help you express yourself more comfortably. Asking a few questions prepared from your prior research about the company and the position will demonstrate your interest in the process.
During the interview, be sure to ask about the next steps in the process. Showing interest in the process and what comes next will work to your advantage.
Be a Good Listener and a Good Communicator
For effective communication, maintain eye contact and use your body language to show that you are actively listening. Listening carefully until the other person finishes speaking and responding only after you are sure you understand will leave a positive impression.
Be Yourself
Remember, sincerity always wins. Your genuine and sincere attitude in both your words and actions can create a positive atmosphere. In addition to your personal and professional qualifications, being positive, sincere, and trustworthy is also very important to us.
Do Not Hesitate to Say “I Don’t Know”
Try to be open-minded and modest regarding the topics discussed during interviews. If there is a question you cannot answer at that moment, it is perfectly acceptable to say “I don’t know.” This response is also an indicator of a strong and confident character.
